An undeniable imprint from the Penedes in quality wines and sparkling wine with xarel·lo, macabeu, parellada and sumoll being the main protagonists. A constant watch over the process of elaboration. The coexistence of state of the art technologies with traditional methods.

Smell: Pear white fruit aroma with floral notes

Taste: Silky, fresh entrance. It is wide with volume. Leaves a good aftertaste

Serving temperature: Between 6º and 8º C.

How to serve: In glass with a body type burgundy.

Food pairing: Recommended for paella, fish, seafood, cheese, white meats.

Nutt Sumoll

D.O. Penedès

Our first red wine made from Sumoll, and ancient catalan variety that we are recovering there are just a few hectares in Catalonia.

COMPRAR

View: Shinny pomegranate red with an purple rim.

Smell: Red fruit of the forest aromas with notes of licorice.

Taste: Entrance friendly and light. We find again the strawberries and the respberries with a refreshing touch that give us a good aftertaste.

Storage temperature: About 18ºC, without humidity or sudden temperatures changes, and without direct light, in horizontal.

Serving temperature: 12º C.

How to serve: In glass with a body type burgundy. 

Food pairing: Recommended for light meals such as bread with tomato and sausage, tuna, carpaccio and tapas.

Nutt Grenache

D.O. Montsant

Grenache born on the mountain slopes of Montsant. Altitude, low rainfall and surrounded by a Mediterranean forest: the perfect ambassadors to proclaim their typicity.

COMPRAR

View: Shinny cherry red with an intense purple rim.

Smell: French toasts are expressed in spicy notes and flavours of Mediterranean forest, with a background of forest fruit.

Taste: Intense and wide mouth entry with ripe tannins. The final is tasty in harmony with spicy notes.

Storage temperature: About 18ºC, without humidity or sudden temperatures changes, and without direct light, in horizontal. 

Serving temperature: Between 6º and 8º C.

How to serve: In glass with a body type burgundy. 

Food pairing: Recommended for barbecue meat, red meats, and sausages.

Nutt rosé

D.O. Penedès

The first rosé wine from Mas Bertran, 100% sumoll, an autochthonous Catalan grape variety, almost extinguished, that we are recovering it. Pale rosé color is obtained through a short maceration of the juice with the skins.

COMPRAR

View: Pale pink and bright.

Smell: Citrus, orange peel, tangerine,floral and red fuit.

Taste: On the palate fresh, silky, friendly. From persistent aftertasting and memories of forest strawberries.

Storage temperature: About 18ºC, without humidity or sudden temperatures changes, and without direct light, in horizontal. 

Serving temperature: Between 6º and 8º C.

How to serve: In a glass with a burgundy body shape.
