
Nutt rosé
D.O. Penedès
The first rosé wine from Mas Bertran, 100% sumoll, an autochthonous Catalan grape variety, almost extinguished, that we are recovering it. Pale rosé color is obtained through a short maceration of the juice with the skins.
View: Pale pink and bright.
Smell: Citrus, orange peel, tangerine,floral and red fuit.
Taste: On the palate fresh, silky, friendly. From persistent aftertasting and memories of forest strawberries.
Storage temperature: About 18ºC, without humidity or sudden temperatures changes, and without direct light, in horizontal.
Serving temperature: Between 6º and 8º C.
How to serve: In a glass with a burgundy body shape.
Food pairing: Recommended for pasta with tomato, rice, noodles, xató, smoked salmon and pizzas.
